2. Use of the Platform

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and license.

3. Licences and Digital Products

Your purchase grants a single-user licence to duplicate and use the purchased Notion templates and PDF guides for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share duplicate links, publish the templates, or claim authorship. The ADHD Productivity OS and Novexis FinanceOS are provided as digital downloads; no physical products are shipped.

4. AI-Generated Content

You retain rights to content you create using NovexisApp, unless otherwise stated. You are solely responsible for your creations and for ensuring your generated content complies with applicable laws.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. Where a paid plan renews automatically, it will continue to renew unless cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

NovexisApp is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages whatsoever arising from use of the platform or templates.
