Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your payment.

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request — [Order Number]”. We aim to respond within one business day.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Digital Products

Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately, a refund ends your licence to use the purchased templates and downloads. You agree to delete any copies you have made if a refund is issued.

5. Done-For-You Setup

The Done-For-You Setup service is refundable in full if requested before the scheduled call. Once the call has taken place, the service portion is non-refundable, though the 30-day guarantee still applies to the digital products included.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in suspension of your licence.
